i noticed an odd ledge at the bathroom entrance, posing a potential tripping hazard. the provided towels looked worn, showing signs of age. staff interactions felt impersonal.

the absence of a porter was a real issue. my wife and i had to manage our luggage ourselves , two large suitcases plus cabin bags. this was difficult given our ages and back problems. also , i needed a small coin for a trolley at the airport , but the hotel couldn't provide it , nor could the tourist office change money.

I found the location very nice. It made exploring the city very easy. The breakfast buffet was a standout. I liked the wide array of options. The staff proved friendly and were always available to help with directions. The hotel's proximity to many landmarks was super convenient for sightseeing.

The gym was a bit small. It could use a few more machines.

The breakfast had numerous options and the quality was very good. The front desk staff was helpful. Rebecca was really good during several interactions. We needed to leave our luggage overnight because we went to Flam and they accommodated us.

The bathroom was too small. It was next to impossible to use because the shower was tiny. There was also no space to move or stand between the shower and basin.
